House Claus Video Visits!

How it works:

• We arrange a date, time, duration, number of visitor locations (you can have up to 4), and fee.
• I set it up in the new tool the elves have built for me with your contact data plus email addresses for all visitor locations.
• Once it is confirmed in the system you (as the primary visitor) receive an by email to confirm the setup.
• The system confirms everything when the primary visitor has done their confirmation.
• One day before the visit, all participants get an email reminder notification with instructions how to connect.
• The visit happens and all visitors are on at the same time.
• At the conclusion of the visit, you will receive another email with a link to download a keepsake video of the experience.
